Gift cards, explained.

When does the recipient get the email?+
As soon as your order processes — usually within a few minutes. If you set a "Deliver on" date, we'll hold it and email on that day.
Do gift cards expire?+
No. Once we email the card, it stays valid forever. Partial balances stick around too — if your friend uses $30 of a $50 card, the remaining $20 is still on it for next time.
Can the recipient use the card on anything?+
Yes. Every product on marketdwellings.com — pop-by tags, mailers, flyers, business cards, holiday cards, signs, all of it. No category exclusions, no minimums.
Can I send a gift card to multiple people at once?+
Each gift card goes to one recipient. To send to multiple agents, add multiple gift cards to your cart — you'll fill in each recipient's info separately.
What if the email gets lost or goes to spam?+
Email hello@marketdwellings.com with the recipient's name and we'll re-send. The card is tied to the recipient's email address — they don't lose any balance even if the original email disappears.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?+
Gift cards are non-refundable once delivered. If you bought one by mistake, email us within 24 hours and before the recipient has redeemed any of it, and we'll work it out.
Can the recipient combine the card with a promo code?+
Yes. Gift cards aren't a discount — they're a balance. The recipient can stack their card balance with any active promo code or sale.
