Dwell Points, explained.

How do I sign up?+
Click "Join free" anywhere on this page, enter your email, and you're in. If you've ordered from us before with that same email, we'll link up your past orders so you don't miss any points you've already earned.
Do my points ever expire?+
Points expire after 365 days of inactivity. As long as you're shopping, reviewing, or otherwise earning points at least once a year, your balance stays put. We'll send you a heads-up 30 days before anything's set to expire, and a final nudge 3 days before — plenty of time to place an order and reset the clock.
How do I redeem my points?+
Open the Dwell Points panel at checkout and choose how many points to apply. Every 100 points knocks $1 off your order. Got 100 points? That's $1 off. Got 20,000 points? That's $200 off. No minimum, no ceiling — redeem what you've got.
Can I combine points with a sale or promo code?+
One discount per order keeps things simple. If a promo code gets you a better deal than your points would, use the code — your points stay safely in your balance for next time.
How do VIP tiers work?+
Tiers are based on how many points you earn over a calendar year. Hit 500 and you're Elite (12 pts per $1, plus a 250-pt bonus). Hit 3,000 and you're Platinum (15 pts per $1, free standard shipping, 1,500-pt bonus). Hit 10,000 and you're Diamond (18 pts per $1, free shipping, 3,000-pt bonus, plus the occasional surprise goodie from us). Each new year is a fresh start, a new chance to climb.
Do VIP perks and point redemption stack?+
Yes. Your VIP earning bonus and free shipping perks all apply alongside your point redemption. The only thing that doesn't stack is point redemption with a promo code — it's one discount per order there, and you can pick whichever saves you more.
Where do I see my balance?+
Your current balance, tier, and ways to earn all live in the Dwell Points panel — the little icon in the bottom corner of every page on marketdwellings.com. Click it anytime.
How does the referral reward work?+
Share your personal referral link with another agent. They get a $10 off coupon toward their first order. The moment they check out, 1,000 points drop into your balance — no limit on how many friends you can refer.
