Placing an Order

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We print everything to order, which means we start working on your designs right away. Because of this, there’s only a short window to make changes.

Need to Cancel or Edit?
Contact us as soon as possible:

If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll do our best to hold it and make the necessary updates.

We cannot cancel or change orders that:

  • Have already been sent to print

  • Have shipped

Timing is everything—if you need to make a change, the sooner you contact us, the better.

Can I Make a Change After Checkout?

Since each item is made to order, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. That means there’s only a small window to make changes.

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

We cannot make changes or cancel orders that:

  • Have already been printed

  • Have already shipped

Tip: Double-check your design, personalization details, and shipping address before checking out to avoid issues.


How to Reorder a Previous Design

Need to reorder a design you’ve used before? Here’s how:

Step 1: Leave a Note at Checkout
On the Cart page, use the “Order Notes and Instructions” box and include:

  • The previous order number

  • The product name you’re reordering

  • Any changes you want us to make

Step 2: Complete Your Checkout
Proceed like normal. We’ll manually update your order on our end to match the previous design.

We always send a proof before printing when reorders involve edits.


Using a Discount Code or Promo

How to Apply a Discount Code:

  1. Add items to your cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. On the right-hand side, enter your promo code in the “Discount code or gift card” field

  4. Click Apply


Customizing Your Design

Uploading Your Logo or Image Files

You can upload directly in our design editor. For best results:

  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds are ideal for logos

  • JPEG files should be 300 DPI or higher

How to Upload:

  1. Click the Customize button on your product

  2. In the editor, click Upload

  3. Drag and position your file where you’d like

If you need to remove a background, use the Remove Background toggle in the editor. Always preview carefully before approving.

Will I Receive a Proof?

If You Used the Online Editor:

  • You’ll see a real-time proof instantly

  • Once approved, your order enters production

  • No additional proofs are sent

If You Requested Design Help:

  • We’ll email you a digital proof before printing

  • Printing will not begin until you approve the design

How to Request Design Edits

  1. Add your product to the cart

  2. On the Cart page, leave customization requests in “Order Notes and Instructions”

  3. We’ll make the edits and send a proof for approval before printing

This may add extra time depending on how quickly you approve your proof.

How to Use the Online Design Editor

  1. Click Customize on the product page

  2. Update text, colors, or upload a logo

  3. Click Continue to generate an instant preview

  4. Review carefully and approve

Once approved, the order goes directly into production.

Design Customization: What’s Possible and What’s Not

What You Can Customize:

  • Text and wording

  • Font styles (in select templates)

  • Colors

  • Adding a logo or photo

  • Agent names, phone numbers, or contact info

What You Cannot Customize:

  • Completely new layouts or designs from scratch

  • Recreating another brand’s marketing materials

We only offer edits to our existing templates.


Shipping & Order Tracking

How Do I Know My Order Has Shipped?

You’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track online

Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

Shipping Policy & Free Shipping Details

  • Standard (3–5 business days): Free for orders $50+ | $5 flat rate under $50

  • Expedited (1–3 business days): $9.99 flat rate

Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Shipping time starts after processing.

What to Do If My Package Is Lost or Late

  • If lost, contact us for replacement options

  • If delayed, we’ll request updates from the carrier

  • All shipping timelines are estimates

Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Yes.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Notify us in advance so your order is ready.

Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping is available (1–3 business days)

  • Processing time remains 1–3 business days

  • No overnight shipping available

How Long Will My Order Take?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

Custom edits may add time depending on proof approval speed.

Order Returned to Sender

If returned by the carrier:

  • We’ll email you for a new address

  • We’ll reship once at no additional charge

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • If not shipped: contact us immediately to update

  • If shipped: we cannot change the address

  • If returned, we’ll reship once at no additional charge

Always double-check your address at checkout.

How to Track Your Order

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking link

  • You can also check your account page for past orders

  • Contact us if you need help locating your order


Returns & Order Issues

Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or mistakes in approved designs.

We will replace items that are:

  • Lost or damaged in transit

  • Incorrect due to a production error

  • Misprinted due to an error on our part

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We’ll review your case quickly and, if confirmed, replace the affected items at no cost to you.

What If I Didn’t Receive a Proof?

You will not receive another proof if:

  • You customized using the online editor

  • You approved the design before checkout

You will receive a proof if:

  • You left customization requests

  • You requested design edits

We never print without approval when edits are involved. If you don’t see your proof within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
