Dwell Collabs Program Terms

These terms apply to all creators participating in the Dwell Collabs program operated by Market Dwellings LLC. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to the following.

1. What the program is

Dwell Collabs is an affiliate and creator program. Approved creators receive a unique referral link and discount code to share with their audience. When someone makes a purchase using your link or code, you earn a commission.

2. Commission and rewards

• Standard creators earn 10% commission on every attributed sale. Your audience receives 10% off with your unique code.
• Ambassador creators (top 5 by quarterly sales) earn 15% commission and their audience receives 15% off. Ambassadors also receive a quarterly product box valued at $75 or more.

Commission rates and Ambassador thresholds may be updated from time to time. We will notify active creators of any changes via email.

3. Payouts

Commissions are processed monthly through Shopify Collabs. A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. Payouts are sent via the payment method you configure in your Shopify Collabs account (PayPal or bank transfer). You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.

4. Your responsibilities

• Disclose your affiliate relationship in any post that includes your link or code, per FTC guidelines. A simple #ad or "I'm a @marketdwellings creator" is sufficient.
• Represent Market Dwellings honestly and positively. Don't make claims about our products that aren't true.
• Don't use your affiliate code on your own orders. Your affiliate code is for your audience only.
• Don't engage in spammy, misleading, or deceptive promotional practices.

5. What we provide

• A unique referral link and discount code, managed through Shopify Collabs.
• A Creator Playbook with caption starters, brand guidelines, and tips.
• Early access to new product launches (ad-hoc, no fixed schedule).
• A personal shopping discount code for your own orders, shared privately at approval.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create. By tagging or mentioning Market Dwellings, you grant us permission to repost, share, or feature your content on our website, social media, or marketing materials with credit to you. If you'd prefer we don't use a specific piece of content, just let us know.

7. No exclusivity or posting requirements

This program is non-exclusive. You're free to work with other brands. There are no minimum posting requirements or content quotas. Share when it makes sense for you and your audience.

8. Inactive accounts

If your account has zero attributed sales for 180 consecutive days, we'll send a friendly check-in email. After 240 days with no sales or response, your account may be archived. Archived creators can reapply at any time.

9. Ending the relationship

Either party can end the partnership at any time, for any reason. If you'd like to leave the program, just reply to any Dwell Collabs email and let us know. We reserve the right to remove creators who violate these terms or whose content doesn't align with our brand values. Any earned but unpaid commissions above the $50 minimum will still be paid out.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active creators will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
