AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - Never using MD again!

I purchased 3 open house signs as a first time customer with Market Dwellings. I've seen ads all over and loved what I was seeing so decided to finally give them a try. NOTE**Ad money wasted when you give your customers this kind of customer service... Not only did I purchase them, but paid extra for rush 2 day shipping. Not only have I just now received them TWO AND A HALF WEEKS LATER, the customer service representative, Emma, has refused to refund my order for weeks now as I've been reaching out trying to communicate that I still don't have my order. Her excuse has been that it is shipping's fault while the entire country and beyond depends on their service and do things happen, yes. Should a provider who values their customer's business do everything in their power to fix this and keep a customer- YES! Unless the customer service is TERRIBLE. Conclusion, customer service is non existent and this first time customer will NEVER use your services again due to CUSTOMER SERVICE, not product. I'm sending monthly mailers, hosting open houses, hanging neighbor door tags, etc that you are missing out on the benefit of me using your compliment to this aka MONEY. Because of your product? NO. Your customer service. Emma's manager needs to have a long talk about customer service and valuing her customers before more are lost due to HORRIFIC customer service. Have I had late packages before? Yes. Do I still shop with / use these businesses? YES! What's the difference? Their CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE IT RIGHT! Do better.
