Shipping + Return Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $50 or more for all domestic orders. For orders under $50 we offer Standard 3-5 day shipping for a flat fee of $5.00. For international orders see options listed below.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
- Standard 3-5 Day Shipping - Free on orders $50+ - $5 on orders less than $50.
- Expedited 1-3 Day Shipping - $9.99.
- International Shipping - Calculated At Checkout.
Shipping and processing times are different. Since each item is handmade, the estimated shipping time does not include the 1-5 day processing time for each order. Processing times for yard signs, business cards, notepads, journals, and keychains require a 3-5 day processing time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via UPS AND USPS for the best service and rates. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. Some items in your order may ship separately, and therefore you may receive two tracking numbers.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN POLICY
If your items are lost in transit, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will replace your items at no cost to you.
